Hey, I’m Rachel, Content & Visibility Strategist and founder of The SunnySideUp.

I help health professionals create strategic, human-led content that builds trust, creates connection, and helps them show up more confidently online.

Because great content shouldn’t just fill a feed or tick a marketing box. It should add value, spark conversation, nurture trust, and help the right people truly connect with the work you do.

I’m not about churning out generic posts for the sake of “staying consistent,” and I definitely don’t believe you need to create endless new content just to stay visible. I’m far more interested in helping you create meaningful content with purpose, and making the most of every piece through thoughtful storytelling, strategy, and repurposing.

That might mean turning one conversation into weeks of valuable content, simplifying complex ideas into something your audience actually understands, or helping you show up online in a way that feels clearer, calmer, and far more sustainable.

At the heart of it all, I believe visibility should feel human, spread joy and add value.

Outside of business, I’m the wife of a feisty Italian, which means our house runs on espresso, carbs, and dramatic hand gestures. We’re a two-mum family raising three amazing boys, a German Shepherd and a gecko - it's a little bit wild here but we thrive off the chaos!

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me buried in a book, wandering around Italy, or drinking an unnecessary amount of coffee in a boujee café somewhere, and when I’m really lucky, all three at once.
